Tikun Olam

Repairing the world.

This is one of the oldest values in Judaism.

According to Kabbalah, examples of it can already be found in the early days of creation.

God created an imperfect world and placed man and woman in it to improve it.

These same men and women had to deal with the serpent and numerous temptations but never gave up their goal of making the world a better place.

It is an almost impossible mission, as perfection is unattainable,

but it is a mission we should aspire to every day of our lives.

For us, traveling is a positive energy.

It fills us with love and strength.

It transforms us into more capable people.

As true travelers, we want to harness this energy and do good.

Leave a mark here, be an active part of this desire to improve the place we live in.

Use this positive energy as a brick in the construction of a better world.

"Whoever thinks in days, sows wheat.

Whoever thinks in years, plants trees.

Whoever thinks in generations, educates people."

(Yanus Korchak, 1878-1942)

Support for local communities

Getting to know a typical home and savoring a dish full of flavors and local traditions.

Tasting wines produced in the Negev Desert or the Galilee Mountains, which combine modern technology with our ancient customs.

Helping the growth of these small businesses in development.

The majority of the income from your stay goes to local communities.

Sustainability

Every day, more trees are cut down and entire forests are destroyed

in different parts of the world.

The State of Israel, through non-governmental organizations and with the support of its population and visitors, has set a goal to increase the number of trees planted each year, transforming the desert into vast green spaces.

Be part of this renewing force as well.

Help us combat excess CO2 in the world by planting a tree together in Israel.

This will be a contribution that will last for generations to come.

Cultural Diversity

For many years, religions and cultures have been a cause of division and war

among the empires that passed through here.

The time has come to reverse the situation.

Take advantage of the journey to expand our knowledge and love for our fellow human beings. See different traditions and customs. Learn about religion and the different ways of thinking and acting of the "other."

Reduce taboos and prejudices in order to value each and every one who makes up this ethnic mosaic.

Jews, Christians, Muslims, Druze, and Bahá'ís... active pioneers of this land of faith!

Tolerance & Peace seeking

Understanding cultural diversity and its complexity teaches us to tolerate.

The next step is to take action. Be proactive in the pursuit of peace.

Join us in activities of coexistence between Israelis and Palestinians.

Witness how former Israeli soldiers work for a better future.

Help us contribute to institutions that will bring the long-awaited peace to this land.
